This Privacy Policy is only valid for the internet services of the Diakonisches Werk Innere Mission Leipzig e.V.
Websites from external links may have other private policies. In order to be sure you should visit the homepage of the respective services.
In server log files, via search engines and forms data is being collected every time internet services are used. In the privacy policy we commit our company to the orderly and earmarked dealings with this data, especially with respect to its deletion on the due date. For any other dealings than the ones mentioned here, we are not allowed to use your data. In detail follows a list of the subsequent storage and evaluation of data:

Log Files Each time a user accesses a website from the internet services of the Diakonisches Werk Innere Mission e.V. and each time information is recalled, data about this process is being stored in a log file.
No Log Files of the IP-Address Your visit on our website is merely stored as an anonymous call for statistical use. The information stored are, among others, the act of accessing and the recalled document. The IP address of the requesting computer is not being stored. For that reason personal usage profiles cannot be compiled and we cannot retrace which user is recalling which data. Depending on the log file in use, the file data contains information as follows:
* Name of the requested data * Date and time of request * Amount of transferred data * Status of access of the web servers, meaning the notification if the request was successful (data was transferred, not found, command not effected, etc.)
The stored data is strictly evaluated for statistic purposes. The evaluation is conducted only by authorised employees. The logged data are being stored for up to three months before being deleted.
Use of Cookies / Other active components When visiting our website we might transfer information onto your computer in the form of „cookies“. Cookies allow us for example to adapt a website according to your interests or to save your password, so you don’t have to type it in each time. Since it is extremely complicated to identify a natural person from a cookie, its use is permissible. If you don’t want our system to recognise your computer, then please make the appropriate changes in your internet browser to delete all cookies from your computer, disable them or have it send you a warning before storing a cookie.
Search engines When you use the search engine your request is not being transferred to search engines of any other homepage owner. The information about data storage applies also to this service.
Data Integrity Personal data are not being transferred via the internet to our computers (except for data transmission via e-mail).
E-Mail-Security If you wish to communicate with us via e-mail, please use the address for general requests: info@diakonie-leipzig.de. Or communicate directly with the respective institution or services of the Diakonische Werk Innere Mission Leipzig e.V. Your e-mail address will be used strictly for our communication and is not transferred to third parties.
Uncoded Messages If you send us a message with content you wouldn’t want to send on a postcard, we suggest you chose the conventional postal service, or respectively a phone contact (see impressum).
Encoded Messages When using the webshop, the personal data you input is sent to us through a secure SSL connection. Your transferred data is thus only stored on the EDP medium of the Diakonische Werk Innere Mission Leipzig e.V. and is not shared with third parties.
Cross References/ Links to Other Internet Offers/ Limited Remedy In the information section of the Diakonische Werk Innere Mission Leipzig e.V. you can find links to other internet services. By cross reference the access to the use of these contents is permitted according to Section 9 Teledienstgesetz (German Teleservices Act). We are not responsible for these „foreign contents“, since the transmission of the contents are not caused by us, the addressee of the transmitted information is not selected and the transmitted information is likewise neither selected nor changed. Because of the chosen method of request and linking even an automatic short-time latching of this foreign information is not being effected by us, so no responsibility results from the foreign contents. When realising the first link-up, however, we checked these „foreign“ internet services with respect to their content to see if a possible civil law or penal responsibility could be executed from it. It is not impossible that contents of our linked providers have afterwards been altered and now possibly violate applicable law or contain inappropriate contents of any kind. Should you notice anything to that effect we would be grateful for your notice.
Claim to Entitlement You are entitled to get gratuitous disclosure about any of the saved data concerning your person. In addition, you have the right to correct incorrect data as well as to freeze and erase it.
